Using the 3Ddeposit modeling system to guide underground prospecting according to the mineralization regularity and the complicated geological structure, and many blind and edge ore-bodies are found. The main adit + main-auxiliary shaft development method and the electronic signal control system are adopted in underground transportation to improve the transportation efficiency; implements the “four modernizations” of development, such as mining mechanization, production and management frontline, construction team   miniaturization, quality management standardization; adopts the mechanical equipments such as drilling trolley, prying trolley, driverless railcar to realize mechanization and automation of drilling ,charging, mining, transportation, filling and so on.
